Agnes Landen was an Earth Alliance commander.

Landen's husband, two sons and one daughter were killed during the first year of the Second Great Dalek Occupation. (AUDIO: The Fearless: Part 1, The Fearless: Part 4)
Landen's people developed the cybernetic battle spacesuit used by the Spacers. She helped stop the Dalek invasion of Talis Minor. Talking to Salus Kade afterwards, she told him she needed people like him, but did not press him to join the Spacers. However, Kade chose to enlist. Landen was later made a general. She ordered Kade's ship to go into the direction of a ship with a new Dalek weapon. Suffering a lot of losses, she ordered the reserves to come to the front. Her decisions meant that the Daleks could destroy Kedru 7. Landen sent Kade on Ernst Tanlee's orders to assassinate Susan Mendes. (AUDIO: The Fearless: Part 2)
Kade learnt the truth of why Landon was interested with him as she drew the Daleks to his home planet to get him to enlist. (AUDIO: The Fearless: Part 3)
She worked out a way to confuse a Dalek fleet to buy some time to prepare. She was surprised to find Kade alive and was concerned about his mental and physical health. She told him that the Daleks were towing a large asteroid storm towards human space. She devised a plan to stop the Daleks from using the asteroids to destroy the Solar System.
