Neil Wilson (born Neil Kingsley Wilson on 24 June 1916, died 24 January 1975[1]) played Sam Seeley in the Doctor Who television story Spearhead from Space.

Debuting on screen in 1951, he is most famous for playing PC Tubb Barrell on Dixon of Dock Green from 1955-57 and his role in the film A Clockwork Orange. His numerous other television appearances include roles on The Avengers, The Plane Makers, No Hiding Place, The Wednesday Play, The Mind of Mr. J. G. Reeder, Z-Cars, Play for Today and Softly, Softly: Taskforce.
