Antonio Salieri was an 18th century composer.
Salieri met the Seventh Doctor at the court of Joseph.
When he was 73 years old, he made a deal with Mortimus to go back in time to kill the infant Mozart in Salzburg (PROSE: The Tramp's Story) shortly after his birth in 1756. (AUDIO: Weapon of Choice) The Seventh Doctor and a tramp stopped Salieri, and the Doctor took him back to his own time. The Doctor locked him in a mental asylum where he would be forgotten.
