Ben Irving was the BBC Drama Commissioning Editor for BBC Wales, beginning at the end of 2017. Under the Controller of BBC Drama, Piers Wenger, Irving previously acted as Head of Drama Development.
He was credited throughout series 11 of Doctor Who as the executive producer for BBC One.
