Reev was a scientist. He experimented on Lizzo and went after her when she escaped. He caught the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown in the medical facility. Miklev said that he had taken a special test, and had changed personalities after it. He later brought the Doctor Template:Redmond, and he knew that she was the Rani, not professor Braxton. The Rani had implanted another mind in his body, a man called Carlos Milhaven, the owner of a multiplanet industrial conglomerate. (AUDIO: The Rani Elite)
