Aaron Blinovitch was a temporal physicist on Earth and the author of the book Temporal Mechanics. The Blinovitch Limitation Effect was named for him.
He was a member of Faction Paradox. (PROSE: Unnatural History)
He conceived of the Blinovitch Limitation Effect in 1928 while in the Reading Room of the British Museum. (PROSE: The Ghosts of N-Space)
At some point, according to the Twelfth Doctor, Blinovitch met President Courtney Woods. (TV: Kill the Moon)
Behind the scenes
- After the brief mention of Blinovitch being a member of Faction Paradox in Unnatural History, Ian McIntire wrote a short story called Unlimited that explored Blinovitch's life in the organisation.[1] It was published in the 1999 charity anthology Perfect Timing 2. McIntire would go on to contribute to the Faction Paradox series in The Book of the War.
