Ermenshrew Blathereen was the one of the Blathereen who attempted to use Justicia as a planet destroyer in the 26th century. She used the skin of Consul Issabel as a disguise. (NSA: The Monsters Inside).
She worked with Don Arco, The Blathereen leader and her half-brother, Clem Fel Hetch, and other Blathereen to try and make the plan succeed. She killed Don Arco after he gave into the doctor's demands and took over the plan for the planet destroyer, however she was only able to destroy the Blathereen mothership, she was killed by a power feedback from her console.
