Dorium was the assistant of bar owner Senor Bensteth before. On the suggestion of the War Doctor, (COMIC: The Whole Thing's Bananas) Dorium opened up his own bar, the Maldovarium, which was visited by River Song in 5145. (TV: The Pandorica Opens) Ultimtaely, Dorium was forced to close down his bar before being collected by the Eleventh Doctor for the Battle of Demons Run, where he was beheaded by the Headless Monks. (TV: A Good Man Goes to War) However, Dorium's head survived and reunited with the Doctor. (TV: The Wedding of River Song)

Many Crespallions were working on Platform One, including the Steward and Raffalo, a plumber. (TV: The End of the World)
