A Time Lord technician assisted Glower in the development of the Timonic Fusion Device. (AUDIO: The Inquiry) Braxiatel later called himself and Narvin the only surviving Time Lords to be aware of Project Alpha, implying that the technician was dead by the time Nepenthe stole the device on the Third Moon of Kikrit.
