Geography
Berkshire shared a border with Buckinghamshire. (PROSE: The Last Sontaran)
The county included the towns of Maidenhead, (TV: The Vault of Secrets) Newbury (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad) and Reading. (PROSE: Bat Attack!) The village of Little Caldwell was also located there, (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad) and Goblin's Copse was situated on the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire border. (PROSE: The Last Sontaran)

After narrowing down the landing site of a Nestene control sphere to a 15 mile radius in the Slough/Reading area (AUDIO: Vanguard) of Berkshire, (COMIC: Bat Attack!) Petronella Osgood, Colonel Shindi and Josh Carter travelled to the county in order to follow it from the ground. However, the sphere changed course and eventually landed in Buckinghamshire.
