Behind the scenes
- Boris Karloff played Frankenstein's monster in the 1931 Frankenstein film; a clip, featuring Karloff in this role, prominently appeared in the 1996 Doctor Who TV movie, alongside the Eighth Doctor's regeneration.
- Karloff was at one point considered for the part of Dr. Who in the planned 1965 radio plays, but was unavailable at the time.[1]
