Boots was a shop that had branches in Piccadilly Circus (TV: Rose, COMIC: Tulpa) and Cardiff by the 21st century.
Andy Davidson was called to a Cardiff shopping arcade following a report of "a mad cow on the rampage in Boots, spraying people with baby oil". He witnessed Gwen Cooper jump on a shoplifter outside H&M while on his way to attend the incident. (PROSE: The House That Jack Built)
