Commander Vallan of the Fourth Movellan Strategic Fleet, (AUDIO: The Dalek Gambit) known on Earth as Maurice Vallan, (AUDIO: The Movellan Manoeuvre, The Dalek Gambit) was a Movellan who led an invasion of Earth in the 1970s as part of the Dalek-Movellan War.
