A male Mayor of New York City held this position in 1930. Howard Tibello was his deputy. The November 1st 1930 issue of New York Record stated that the Mayor refused to comment on the claims that New Yorkers are being abducted from the cities' Hoovervilles. (TV: Daleks in Manhattan)
