Wally K Daly (13 November 1940[1]-30 April 2020[2]) was an English television and radio writer. In 1985, he submitted a script for Doctor Who entitled The Ultimate Evil, but it was never produced as the original plans for Season 23 were abandoned. In 1989, he wrote the novelisation of his script, which was published by Target Books. He also wrote an audio version, which was published by Big Finish Productions in 2019, in which he voiced the Bird.
