Tim Mclnnerny (born 18 September 1956[1]) played Klineman Halpen in the Doctor Who story Planet of the Ood. He was reportedly honoured by the role [1]. He also voiced Dolne in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Well-Mannered War.
He previously auditioned for the role of the Eighth Doctor in the TV movie.
He is best known for playing Captain Darling and Lord Percy in Blackadder, a series co-written by Richard Curtis and also starring Rowan Atkinson and Stephen Fry. He is the brother of Lizzie McInnerny. In 2016, he appeared in the Sherlock special, written and created by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss.
