A Drone Dalek appeared alongside a Supreme Dalek and the Eternal Dalek among other representatives of the Alliance within the Underhenge in 102, witnessing the imprisonment of the Eleventh Doctor, whom they believed to be the one responsible for the cracks in space and time, inside the Pandorica. (TV: The Pandorica Opens)
The Alliance was destroyed when the Doctor's TARDIS exploded, leaving only two Stone Daleks, one of which hindered the Doctor and his companions' efforts to save the universe in 1996. Nevertheless, the Doctor later rebooted the universe, restoring the Alliance to their original places in space and time. (TV: The Big Bang)
