Steve Toussaint (born 22 March 1965[1]) played Feekat in the Doctor Who television story Ascension of the Cybermen. He currently plays Lord Corlys Velaryon in the HBO drama, House of the Dragon, alongside follow Doctor Who actors Matt Smith, Matthew Needham and Bill Paterson.
