R. J. Landen was an agent for the Universal Secret Service in 2065.
They sent Twenty One a photograph of a facsimilie of Dr. Who's time machine which they had created, also detailing the components used. Twenty One stated that it was a "fine piece of work" and was sure that other agents would wish to see it. (PROSE: Agent Inventor)
