James Bachman (born 24 February 1972[1]) voiced Hugh Bainbridge in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Situation Vacant.
Career
Outside the DWU, Bachman also played Harry Biscuit in the BBC Radio 4 comedy series Bleak Expectations, opposite Tom Allen, Susie Kane and Anthony Head.
