Doctor Foster
Doctor Foster is a Mondasian from Earths twin planet Mondas who, As once as an old man left his homeworld as it drifted into outer space in a time-machine he built himself and explored the Universe and fought injustice where he found it. Alone as the Mondasians eventrally became Cybermen is the last Mondasian in existance as his homeworld was eventrally destroyed by the First Doctor, As he was getting older he travelled to Gallifrey and stole a Regeneration cycle which he used to make himself a Second Incarnation this time he was much younger and youthful.
