James Coombes (born 8 October 1956[1]) played Paroli in the Doctor Who serial Warriors of the Deep.
He was to have voiced the Krargs in Shada, but both his voice-overs and the required scenes featuring the creatures were never recorded until the story's DVD release in 2017, where he voiced them for the animated recreation of scenes that were never originally recorded in 1979.
He shared his memories of Warriors of the Deep on the documentary The Depth.
