We have a contents so that readers can skip the list if they want to. To convert this to normal prose would make it less accessible and harder for readers. Besides, the list is limited. Around 10 minutes into the episode Badwolf Anne Droid says that Rose is able to buy peroxide. I know it's a stupid question but it just bothers me:

Oki doki, I came here originally just to correct something but I can answer your question. The thing about the Whoniverse is that sometimes, you have to think about the world that it's set in and although I can't prove it, I reckon that the Android is a very technical machine and I believe that she'd be fitted with certain sensors, however pathetic they may be but don't forget in that episode, Rose has black roots!!! Haha!!! Secondly, I was going to correct something but now after thinking the thing I thought was wrong is actually right.

Shouldn't it be noted that one of the questions had something to do with Princess Vossaheen, seeing as Rodrick thought Rose was stupid because she "Didn't even know Princess Vossaheen's surname!"?
