I feel there should be an article for this specific Dalek. Perhaps a different name, though? Such as Dalek (Dalek) Or Dalek (Van Statten's Collection)ScotchAutopilot 19:02, September 7, 2011 (UTC)

why?!?!?

Why is this dalek in the murderers category it killed his evil staff that tortured him which is basically just self defense if someone tortured YOU wouldn't you kill them? Well even if you wouldn't it's still not technically murder it's just justice.

Name in the novelisation

In the novelisation it's revealed van Statten originally went through a few other names before deciding on "Metaltron", and at one point referred to it as "Pepperpotnik" or perhaps "Pepper Potnik" or something but I only listened to the audiobook so can somebody else add this to the page or at least tell me exactly how "Pepperpotnik" was spelt in the paper version of the book so I can add it. I get it must be a pun on "pepperpot" and the name "potnik" but beyond that I'm just not sure. NightmareofEden ☎ 14:52, 25 November 2021 (UTC)

Metaltron as a Companion

I felt sorry for the Metaltron Dalek. The Lone Dalek causes me to cry so much; a monster who learn to be more human, and was brutally abuse: humans torturing him, his own people abandoning him coz they were more concern about winning a war than saving him, and the Doctor try to slay him whyle Rose was the only person who show him genuine compassion. I thoguht up someho he was transport by some deity to Pete's World where he joins Rose's team and becomes a member as well as the first of the Humano-Daleks, half-human and half-Dalek. Rose can even name him after some wanderer from Skarosian legend due to his mind becoming mroe open.
