Joseph Buller, or Alf Buller, (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Talons of Weng-Chiang) was a London hansom cab driver in 1880s London.
Biography
In 1889. Buller blamed Li H'sen Chang for his wife Emma's disappearance, but before he could report this to the Metropolitan Police Service, Chang had Mr Sin kill him. His body was later found by the mudlark Patsy floating in the River Thames and the pathologist Professor George Litefoot performed an autopsy on him.
Prior to their deaths, he and his wife had lived at 14 Fish Lane with her mother Nellie Gusset for six months. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)
