Sister Felicity Andrews was a superior of Rianne Kilkenny who worked in the maternity ward of St Helen's Hospital.
Sister Felicity spotted Rianne, alongside an injured student, entering the maternity ward. She was doubtful of the pair's explanations.
In the early hours of the following morning, "zombies" broke down the doors and invaded the hospital. When Rianne and Nina left the maternity ward in the aftermath of the event, there was no sign of Sister Felicity.
