The Bayeux Tapestry was an embroidered cloth depicting events England's history. The Fourth Doctor described a book on Swampie history as "a sort of Bayeux Tapestry with footnotes". (TV: The Power of Kroll) Charley Pollard once told the Eighth Doctor that she knew her Bayeux Tapestry. (AUDIO: Seasons of Fear) The Tenth Doctor knew that history had been altered when he saw that the Bayeux Tapestry had changed. (PROSE: Hold Your Horses)
