Benncuiq IV was a Time Lord who wrote The Trial of the First Renegade, Our Darkest Hour?, The Movellan-Dalek War, The Fall of the High Council, and A Short Treatise on Dalek Justice. (PROSE: Still Need a Title!, When It Was Fun, The Dark Scrolls of the Valeyard, The Runes of Fenric).
