Benncuiq IV was a Time Lord who wrote The Trial of the First Renegade, Our Darkest Hour?, The Movellan-Dalek War, The Fall of the High Council, and A Short Treatise on Dalek Justice. (PROSE: Still Need a Title!, When It Was Fun, The Dark Scrolls of the Valeyard, The Runes of Fenric).

- While this wiki treats Benncuiq IV as a separate Time Lord from Benncuiq III, who was also credited with writing essays elsewhere in The Doctor: His Lives and Times, it may have been intended that Benncuiq III and IV were the third and fourth incarnations of a single Time Lord named Benncuiq, analogous to the naming convention used by Romana I and Romana II.
