Archivist Duaden was a Time Lord who worked at the Archives.
President Romana had him build a headset to allow K9 Mark II to connect to the Matrix and allow Pandora to speak through him. Concerned that Romana was interacting with the Matrix, he informed Narvin of her visit to him right after she left. (AUDIO: Insurgency)
