Roger Jones (24 January 1938-7 July 1993[1]) played Zondal in the Doctor Who television story The Ice Warriors.

According to the commentary of the serial, he left acting due to what happened during the production filming, and continued acting in theatre. He died of cardiac arrest while driving. Jones' funeral was held at St. Helen's Church. (DCOM: The Ice Warriors)
