Later, on 27 March, Lt David Judd responded to Staff Sergeant A. Frederick's query about how footage of Operation Mannequin would be removed from the internet, expaining that most of the footage had been identified, so "standard interference patterns" had been placed on all retransmissions of the of the footage online, and a bandwidth squeeze had been placed on any attempted downloads of the footage.
