Synopsis
A man who surely exists on everybody's list of My Favourite Character Actors, this fellow has been a familiar, and much loved, face on our screens for many, many years. He's also one of that illustrious bunch who have appeared in Classic Who and Modern Who: he talks about both here, and there's a timely chat about elections (as this chat took place at around the time of the last one - blimey!), movies, policing space, being unloved by the BBC, and comedic successes and failures.
