Adam Blackwood (born 14 July 1959[1]) played Balazar in the Doctor Who television story The Trial of a Time Lord, namely The Mysterious Planet.

He is better known for providing the voice for James Bond in the video games Tomorrow Never Dies, 007: The World Is Not Enough (Nintendo 64 version), 007: The World Is Not Enough (PlayStation version), 007 Racing and 007: Agent Under Fire.
