It begins with the hosts using a defabricator ray to strip the contestants down completely in front of millions of viewers, followed by picking out new clothing getups. Unlike other Bad Wolf Corp shows, it did not have any visible way of transporting the contestants to the Daleks for processing; instead, following a number of picking new getups, contestants had to undergo very drastic cosmetic surgery, including having their head removed and replaced (or not) and their appendages stuck elsewhere.
