Philip Purser-Hallard authored several Faction Paradox, Bernice Summerfield, and Doctor Who stories and a Time Hunter novella. He was the range editor of the City of the Saved series, and he currently edits The Black Archive. He also contributed multiple novels and short stories to Titan Books's range of Sherlock Holmes book, a few of which crossed over with elements of his DWU work.
