Pol-Kon-Don was the Judoon captain in charge of locating the fugitive known as the Doctor as hired by an unknown contractee.
She had poor eyesight in her right eye. She also lost her horn in combat with Ruth Clayton, a human identity assumed by a forgotten incarnation of the Doctor via the Chameleon Arch. (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)
Behind the scenes
- The Judoon Captain is named Pol-Kon-Don as a tribute to Doctor Who fan and friend of Chris Chibnall, Paul Condon.[1]
- The Doctor suggested that this particular Judoon captain was female when she said "woman to woman".
