Joanna Monro (born 1956) is an actress who played in Rega in the Doctor Who television story Planet of the Spiders. She also voiced multiple characters for Big Finish Productions.
Career
Monro's other credits included The Bill, Emmerdale, Casualty and Doctors. However, she is best known for playing Anna Newcross in over one hundred episodes of the hospital drama series Angels from 1978-81.
From 1982-84, Monro appeared as one of the presenters on the consumer programme That's Life! with Esther Rantzen.
Personal life
She is married to Granville Saxton.
