Lucia Moretti (born 18 June 1945) was an Italian Torchwood agent.
She joined Torchwood on 18 July 1968. Her career lasted to 1977. She was a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had a daughter, Melissa Moretti. After her retirement, she put Melissa in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February 1977), upon which Melissa became known as Alice Sangster. Alice subsequently married Joe Carter and gave birth to Lucia's grandson, Steven.
