I've come up with a few more sort of romantic foods.
Susan and David actually have a fairly romantic food based odyssey…sort of. Both fish and rabbit are seen and mentioned in The Dalek Invasion of Earth (TV story) and both are in the same scene in which Susan and David roll around and kiss.
Champagne (or possibly just wine) is drunk to toast the Jo Grant and Cliff at the end of The Green Death (TV story). In that same story it could be said that it's the fungus that brings the two together.
It's fairly tenuous but there's lots of alcohol in the Inferno nightclub. But nothing's definitively named in The War Machines (TV story).
Black Orchid (TV story) is a little bit flirty with the characters, Tegan orders a screwdriver.
Bombay Sapphire is a mainstay of Iris Wildthyme who's constantly flirted with the Doctor. The Third Doctor and the Eighth Doctors mostly notably in Verdigris (novel) and The Scarlet Empress (novel). There's also drinking of other alcoholic drinks in those two novels. Mostly Gin and tonics and some Whisky.
