Zoe Ball, often credited as Zoë Ball, (born 23 November 1970[1]) is a British television personality who presented several episodes of Doctor Who Live.

On 4 August 2013 Ball presented Doctor Who Live: The Next Doctor, in which she announced the identity of the latest actor who would be playing the Doctor: Peter Capaldi. Later on in the same year she presented Doctor Who Live: The Afterparty, which celebrated the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who and was broadcast after The Day of The Doctor.

The following year she conducted an interview with Capaldi, Jenna Coleman, and Steven Moffat which was shown along with cinema screenings of the television story Deep Breath.

Years prior, she appeared as herself in the 1998 charity programme, Future Generations.
