Biography
Helva ran a firm of architects, and in the Summer of 2004, the Ninth Doctor did some contract work for them. He submitted a number of designs, but the firm found them all to be unusable, as the floor plans were designed to be bigger than the actual building they were intended for, with Helva branding the Doctor as a "doofus" based on this apparent error.
In early 2005, Helva wrote about this encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
