In 2017, an estate agent helped Bill Potts and her friends look for a house to rent together in Bristol but was ultimately unsuccessful in finding one for them. Due to a limited budget, all the estate agent could offer them were less than satisfactory houses that were too small or impacted by noise in the area. (TV: Knock Knock)
