Cloudbase was a Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons feature published in 1968 within Spectrum File 1/974/CS/206, which was offered as a free gift with issue 155 of TV Century 21.

It mentioned elements from the Doctor Who universe, namely Unity City, a location first introduced in The Daleks comic story Duel of the Daleks.
