The people Lucifer worked for was a group mentioned by Lucifer in a video he made upon arriving in "Kingdom United"; he spoke of how they were holding Babylon hostage, threatening to destroy her if Lucifer didn't find Lilith. It is heavy implied they are Faction Paradox.
