PC Ferguson was a policeman in 1951 and was seen in an old police box. Sarah Jane Smith saw the police box and mistook it for the TARDIS. PC Ferguson stepped out, not very happy with Sarah Jane. (TV: The Temptation of Sarah Jane Smith)
