Olive Oyl is a character in the Popeye series, where she is indeed the partner of Popeye.
She appeared in the cover art of the TV Comic Annual 1966, which also printed Doctor Who comics, the TV Comic Annual 1967, alongside the First Doctor and the TARDIS, the TV Comic Annual 1968, alongside the Second Doctor, and the TV Comic Annual 1969, also alongside the Second Doctor.
