An animated episode is not just "a missing episode of Doctor Who that has been "completed" by use of animation.". It is an story completed by the use of animation techniques. I think the stories Scream of the Shalka (webcast), The Infinite Quest (TV story) and Dreamland (TV story) should be added here as well. They are animated episodes after all. This page doesn't exactly follow current naming conventions. It should either be formatted as a list (e.g. List of animated stories) or a series page (something like Animated lost Doctor Who stories). Currently it's using a simple piece of nomenclature to denote a series page, and so the role of this page isn't clear from the title itself. :Agreed. When it was created some years ago now, it was the easiest and simplest, and it was inspired by "Missing episode", but now it has grown to much more than it was originally. I agree with your first proposal. The second proposal is good, but doesn’t work if we want to do what User:Wesley701 suggested above and make it a page for all animations rather than just "the missing but animated" ones. Animated stories

Rename / rework

Danochy 22:42, 17 February 2024 (UTC)
