Elliot King was in charge of mining swenyo for Teremon on the planet of Callous. He founded the colony as a haven for artists before the Earth Government collapsed. He was haunted by an Ood with a telephone.
He had a daughter and a wife that he neglected due to his work. After being informed by the War Master of his wife's painful way of dying, he killed himself, leaving his daughter to take up his work. (AUDIO: Call for the Dead)
