Morris Gibbons was UNIT scientific advisor in 2024. He was a child genius as he was only thirteen when he met the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday, having been granted advanced intelligence from a "passing asteroid". He showed the Doctor a live stream of Susan Triad after he asked for information about a strange woman he kept on seeing during his travels. He operated UNIT's time window during the Doctor's use of them. He analysed the signature of the strange being inside the window. He was present when Sutekh manifested. Behind the scenes
Lenny Rush was originally cast as the voice of baby Eric in Space Babies [+]Loading...["Space Babies (TV story)"], for which he attended the episode's read through. Russell T Davies was so impressed with his performance that he decided to create a new character that he could physically play.
